Shipping Details
For the orders placed on the Dianora Salviati website (www.dianorasalviati.com) we offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below:

• Destination: Italy – Cost: € 7,00 – Delivery: 1-2 business days
• Destination: Europe – Cost: € 20,00 – Delivery: 2-4 business days
• Destination: Rest of the World – Cost: € 50,00 – Delivery: 3-6 business days

The ordered products will be sent to the address indicated by the client. Delivery of the products to the client will be carried out by a courier. Dianora Salviati can not be considered liable for any delay occurred in products’ delivery. Customer are not responsible for import taxes and duties.

Return Policy
Requests for returns must be made within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of merchandise and returns must contain the original shipping materials and hangtags. Only new, unused items are eligible for returns. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the merchandise back to the return address and ensure that the package is insured in the event of loss or damage. Shipping fees are not refundable.
You will be notified by email when your return has been received and processed. Please allow 10 business days for returns to be processed.

How to Return Merchandise
If you would like to return an item purchased online:

1. Contact us via e-mail at info@dianorasalviati.com within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your order
2. Ship back your new, unused item(s) to:

Terms and Conditions
We may not accept your order if (i) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii) we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment, (iii) if we identify a product or pricing error. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you by e-mail advising you of this. If you select shipping costs lower than those due, we will inform you and we will specify the amount to be paid. Only after receiving the amount, the order could be fulfill.

Data Protection
According to Section 13, Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, as subsequently amended and integrated, Dianora Salviati, in its quality as data processor, informs you that your personal data provided, will be processed for the following purposes: to carry out the activities necessary in order to execute the sale; to fulfil client’s requests submitted from time to time by means of the site or by e-mail or by another communication tool; to send newsletters and advertising material concerning goods and services provided by Dianora Salviati.
You have the right to obtain cancellation of your personal data.
We reserve the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Guarantee
Our products are hand-made in Italy. The imperfections and irregularities in the shading and texture are part of its beauty and character, and not to be considered as a defect. Our product is fully guaranteed for quality and customer satisfaction. Guarantee is based upon following care instructions found on the tag. Damage or misuse of the item is the responsibility of the customer.

Payment
You may pay for the products and the relevant delivery charges by credit card, by payal or by bank transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. Your credit card will be processed at the time of your purchase.
You will be notified by e-mail if your entire order cannot be fulfilled.
